Will you hang my items?Yes we will hang items upon request. Please specify in your order.

What if I have specific instructions on how I want my laundry washed, dried, folded or handled?When creating your order online in the preference section please specify your instructions and care for your laundry.

Do you wash my laundry with other clients laundry?No! Every clients order is kept completely separate from other clients orders.

What is the price to have you pick-up and deliver my laundry?$3.25 a pound for next day delivery and $3.50 a pound for same day pick-up and delivery.

What is the cost to drop off and pick-up my laundry?Your always welcome to drop off and pick-up your laundry at our conveniently located location. The cost is $2.25 a pound and a 15 pound or $25 minimum if you would like your laundry back in one business day. The cost to receive your laundry back the same day is $2.50 a pound and a $35 minimum.

What kind of products do you use?We use the highest quality commercial grade products to wash your laundry. We also use the newest state-of-the-art washers and dryers to service our customers.

What are your wash & fold hours?We are open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m - 5 p.m

What is an expedited service?Same day pick-up and delivery or same day drop off and pick-up of your laundry.

What is the turnaround time for pick-up and delivery?24 hours is the turnaround time. Same day turnaround is available for a uncharge of $35
